TECNICAS EXPOSITIVAS: SE REALIZARAN A TRAVES DE UNA PLATAFORMA STREAMING EN TIEMPO REAL SE REALIZARA UNA VIDEO CONFERENCIA GRUPAL. TALLER PRACTICO ON LINE: CON EL APOYO DEL MANUAL DEL PARTICIPANTE, EL RELATOR REALIZARA ESTUDIOS DE CASOS SOBRE LOS PRINCIPIOS NORMATIVOS, DEFINICIONES GENERALES Y ESTRUCTURA DE LA NORMA ISO 9001 Y SUS REQUISITOS. TAMBIEN REALIZARAN EJERCICIOS DE RESOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS SOBRE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DOCUMENTALES DE LA ESTRUCTURA DE LA NORMA ISO 9001-2015. POR ULTIMO CONFECCIONARAN UN PLAN SOBRE LAS TECNICAS DE IMPLEMETACION DE SISTEMAS DE GESTION BASADOS EN LA NORMA ISO 9001.2015.
