• CONOCIMIENTOS BASICOS DE ADMINISTRACION

SE REALIZARAN CLASES TEORICAS EXPOSITIVAS E INTERACTIVAS, APOYADAS EN PRESENTACIONES DIGITALES, EXPOSICIONES VÍA DATA SHOW Y EL RELATOR EXPONE LOS FUNDAMENTOS TEÓRICOS Y DIVERSOS DATOS RELACIONADOS CON LA UNIDAD TEMÁTICA. LA PARTE PRACTICA SE DESARROLLARA EN LAS DEPENDENCIAS DEL CLIENTE DONDE SE REALIZARAN LAS SIGUIENTES ACTIVIDADES GRUPALES (5 PERSONAS): LOS PARTICIPANTES REALIZARAN ESTUDIOS DE CASOS SOBRE LOS CONCEPTOS DE PLANIFICACION Y CONTROL DE GESTION, DONDE LOS PARTICIPANTES DEBERAN CONFECCIONAR Y DESCRIBIR LOS PROCESOS DE Control De Gestion E Indicadores De Gestion. CON EL APOYO DEL MANUAL DEL PARTICIPANTE, EL RELATOR EXPLICARA LOS DISTINTOS SISTEMAS DE CONTROL DE GESTION Y LOS PARTICIPANTES DEBERAN RESOLVER EJERCICIOS DE RESOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS SOBRE EL CONTROL DE GESTION Y PLANIFICACION DE LAS DIFERENTES ETAPAS DE UN Diagramas De Pareto Y Foda Matematico. TAMBIEN REALIZARAN EJERCICIOS DE JUEGO DE ROLES, DONDE DEBERAN SIMULAR LA PLANIFICACION Y CONTROL DE GESTION
